Nightmare City Halloween visited Twisted Estates in Oak Forest, Illinois for the first time and to say we were blown away is stating it mildly.
It was a crisp October night when we arrived and found a packed street of vehicles and even a party bus dropping off people for the attraction
Twisted Estates is a huge neighborhood haunt installation, with animatronic yard displays, live monsters wandering around and a professional walk-through that rivals any professional haunted house.
The lines were long to enter the Twisted Estate, but folks were in jovial moods and it was well worth the wait for more than 2000 square feet of detailed and elaborately decorated theme rooms filled with twists and turns and many great frightening moment.
In this final week of Halloween, Twisted Estates is opened Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, so don't miss this incredible spooky site.
The haunt is free, but donations are welcome.
